Product use
This product is suitable for the stretching and thermal shaping of pure cotton, polyester-cotton or other blended fabrics with a gram weight of 60~700g/m2, and is also suitable for the stretching and thermal shaping of polyester filaments, polyester low-elastic silk fabrics and their interwoven fabrics.
Process flow
Flat cloth feed →thread expansion → infrared centering→ Rolling mill → lower super-feeding → mechanical weft adjustment →Thread expansion → upper super-feeding → stripping → infrared edge detection → brush needle → (pulp edge) → Tension or thermal shaping → Cold air cooling→ (Trimming, suction edge) → Take off the needle → pendulum drop cloth or roll

Features of this machine
1. Adopt active infrared centering synchronized with the host to reduce the tension of the feed.
2. A two-roller flat rolling mill controlled by the E+L tension sensor is used to achieve low tension and constant tension operation of the fabric.
3. Using E+L infrared edge detection device, it has strong anti-interference ability and no requirements for fabric color and thickness.
4. The graphite guide rail formed by the trimming of 6mm thick steel plate does not require refueling and has a long service life.
5. Up to nine door widths can be adjusted (monotonous, joint adjustment or general adjustment), and the shape of the guide rail can be easily adjusted according to the fabric technology. Each door width is displayed on the touch screen.
6. The heating method of the carrier heat oil adopts the Bellz temperature control system, which has high temperature control accuracy.
7. Adopt front and rear dual touch screen operating system, closed-loop speed control with encoder feedback and synchronous following system to facilitate operation, enlarge the speed range, and improve synchronization.
8. The floor-to-ceiling small circulating building block drying room is used, with small size, large air volume and uniform temperature in the drying room.
9. The drying room adopts a frequency conversion-controlled, high-efficiency and energy-saving dual-duct hot air circulation system, and the upper and lower air flow can be set to any ratio.
10. With the unique nozzle arrangement and the uniquely designed nozzle, the air flow causes the fabric to float evenly, ensuring that the fabric has the ideal shaping effect.
11. A separate frequency conversion-controlled exhaust system can adjust the air volume as needed, and can be easily connected to various control devices to save energy and reduce emissions.
