Uses
This production line adopts chip melt spinning technology, adopts two kinds of polyester, polypropylene and nylon 6 chips with different components, and is equipped with different spinning modules. It is used in combination with post-treatment equipment to produce side-by-side, sheath-core and sea-island composite staple fiber products with monofilament fineness of 2.4dtex~3.33dtex.

Characteristics
The screw and sleeve of screw extruder adopt ternary co-infiltration new technology, which increases its corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The main drive adopts AC frequency converter for speed regulation. The pressure closed loop system composed of pressure sensor, control meter, frequency converter and main drive device realizes automatic control of melt pressure.
Spinning box and melt jacket pipe are heated by biphenyl vapor circulation, with interlocking and sound-light alarm functions such as biphenyl liquid level exceeding lower limit, biphenyl vapor pressure exceeding upper limit, heating anti-dry burning, vapor temperature exceeding upper limit in furnace, abnormal temperature, etc. The heating effect is good and the temperature control accuracy is high. The lateral blowing device has stable performance, uniform cooling wind speed, good cooling effect and comfortable operating environment.
This machine is equipped with a network generator, which is very convenient.
The feeder adopts high-precision gear transmission, and the backlash of each gear pair in the gear device can be adjusted through eccentric bearing seats to achieve high transmission accuracy, low noise and stable operation. Uses
This production line is used for drafting, crimping, shaping, cutting and packing of composite staple fiber. Its function is to draw the barreled precursor from spinning process twice to reach the monofilament fineness required by the process, and then enter crimping, shaping, cutting and packaging to become short fiber finished products.

Characteristics
The production line is equipped with an eight-roller godet, each godet contains 8 godet rollers, eddy current braking is adopted to control tow tension and ensure uniform tension.
The production line is equipped with an immersion tank, and the main tank is equipped with a compressed air defoaming device. The auxiliary tank adopts float valve to control the liquid level height, and is equipped with platinum thermal resistance, and the oil temperature is automatically controlled.
Saturated steam in the steam heating box is sprayed from steam nozzles in the upper cover and the lower box body to the tow through the uniform flow plate through the pneumatic film regulating valve, so that the heating is uniform and the temperature control precision is high.
The roller body of the conveying part of the silk spreading machine adopts seamless steel pipe with chrome-plated surface; the rubber roller material is polytetrafluoroethylene, which has excellent chemical stability and excellent lubrication; the conveying belt is a strong nylon belt, and the working surface is smooth without hanging silk; the swing wire is driven by a rodless cylinder, and the swing is stable.
The imported Fuji instrument is used to control the temperature of immersion tank, water bath, steam drafting box, hot water tank and steam preheating box.
The drafting section is controlled by PLC, and the process parameters can be set, modified and displayed arbitrarily on the touch screen.
