Features
Heating method: screw extruder is heated by electric heating ring, spinning box melt tube jacket is heated by biphenyl vapor phase external circulation.
Screw extruder adopts two-stage high-precision gear rotation, AC frequency conversion speed regulation, good stability, high pressure control accuracy and low noise.
Screw metering area with a special form of mixing head, melt pipe with static mixer, mixing more uniform.
The discharge head is equipped with temperature measuring and pressure measuring points for automatic recording, display, alarm and control.
Spinning machine metering pump drive using frequency converter-synchronous motor drive, note metering pump frequency conversion drive, accurate and reliable and can be started and stopped independently.
Electric heating type cooling device and superheated steam injection device are arranged below the spinneret plate, so that the temperature control precision is high.
