Features of this machine
The pre-spinning polyester spinning combination machine is equipped with 4 screw extractors, the screw diameter is 200mm, the aspect ratio is 1:29, and the transmission adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation. Screw extracer is a special product of our company. Its characteristics are: large screw extrusion capacity, low transmission noise, and long service life.
Spinning part: equipped with 4 spinning boxes, each box has 8 spinning positions, each with 1 set of needle valve, 1 set of metering pump and drive device. The spinning machine is equipped with a specially designed electric heating biphenyls steam generator. The box, pipes and filters are all heated by biphenyls vapor phase circulation, which has the characteristics of fast heating, non-gumming heating medium, and high spinning temperature control accuracy.
The tow cooling device adopts the outer ring blowing method, which has uniform cooling wind speed, stable performance and good cooling effect. The winding machine adopts centralized transmission, frequency conversion and speed regulation. The winding panel is made of all stainless steel. The feeder adopts high-precision gear transmission, with high precision, low noise, and very stable operation.
The eight-roller tractor, feeder, and wire-feeding reciprocating machine have high machining accuracy, low noise, and stable operation of the equipment.

Features
The polyester staple fiber post-treatment combination machine has a reasonable structure and excellent performance.
The oil-immersed tank and the water-bath drawing tank adopt a new type of high-efficiency pipeline heater, which can realize the rapid switching of the thermal medium of the main and auxiliary tanks. The transmission gears of the three seven-roller drawing machines have high machining accuracy and are equipped with imported bearings. The equipment has large drawing capacity, stable operation and low noise.
The tension heat setting machine is equipped with an efficient, high-pressure steam channeling and flash steaming system, which makes the equipment more energy-saving. The surface temperature of each group of thermal setting rollers is automatically controlled by a pneumatic film valve to make the surface heating of the setting rollers more uniform.
The surface of the setting roller is chrome-plated with plow surface, and the slip coefficient of the tow is small.
The drive devices of the main equipment of the production line use separate frequency converters to control the AC motors, and the heating and cooling of each unit are equipped with independent adjustment systems, and a friendly man-machine interface can be set up to realize the system's process parameter setting, operation control, working condition display, alarm, data recording and query functions.
