1. Scope of application

This machine is suitable for dyeing and pre- and post-treatment of creel yarns of polyester and blended fibers under high temperature conditions; it is also suitable for dyeing and pre- and post-treatment of creel yarns of cotton, linen, acrylic fiber, wool and other fibers under room temperature conditions. Replace with different dyeing cages, which can be used for dyeing and pre- and post-processing of various forms of fibers such as woolen strips, hanging (or stacked) twisted yarns, soft cheese yarns, loose fibers, silk cakes (viscose), nylon zippers, velcro straps, and warp yarns.

3. Structure

This machine is mainly composed of a combination of the main cylinder block, the dyeing cage, the dyeing liquid circulation system, the reversing device, the heat exchanger, the preheating auxiliary cylinder, and the feeding system.

4. Dye solution circulation method

A mainstream pump with high efficiency and strong cavitation resistance is used to force the circulation of the dye solution. According to the requirements of the dyeing process, control the one-way or internal and external commutation circulation of the dye solution, and control the required flow rate.
